水溶性荧光量子点平均粒径为8nm,在水中分散性良好、产率高，荧光发射光谱可调、生物相容性好及光学性质稳定，具有窄而对称的发射谱带。通过特殊的半导体包覆层，提高了其化学及光学稳定性。表面修饰，可以获得覆盖羧基和氨基的官能团，通过交联剂作用，便于与核算，蛋白等生物大分子偶联。作为生物和化学探针应用于细胞定位和成像，化学检测等。
The water-soluble fluorescent quantum dots have an average particle diameter of 8 nm. It has good dispersibility in water, adjustable fluorescence emission spectrum, good biocompatibility, stable optical properties, and a narrow and symmetrical emission band. Its chemical and optical stability is enhanced by a special semiconductor coating. The surface modification can obtain a functional group covering the carboxyl group and the amino group, and is facilitated by coupling with biological macromolecules such as accounting and protein through the action of the crosslinking agent. Used as biological and chemical probes for cell localization and imaging, chemical detection, etc.
