产品:Fluorescently labeled methacrylated gelatin (blue fluorescent GelMA)
Detailed
Fluorescently labeled methacrylated gelatin (blue fluorescent GelMA) is a type of functionalized photo-crosslinkable hydrogel material in which blue fluorescent chromophores (such as dansyl fluorescein, 7-hydroxycoumarin derivatives, or quantum dot conjugates) are introduced into a methacrylated gelatin (GelMA) matrix. It belongs to a biocompatible fluorescent nanocomposite system. Its core structure is based on the main characteristics of GelMA—introducing methacryloyl groups (-CH₂=C(CH₃)CO-) by modifying gelatin (denatured collagen rich in the cell adhesion sequence RGD) with methacrylic anhydride.Endow the material with in situ crosslinking capability triggered by UV/visible light to form a 3D network structure that can mimic the extracellular matrix; meanwhile, through chemical covalent conjugation or stable physical loading, uniformly incorporate fluorescent molecules with an emission wavelength of approximately 420–480 nm (blue light range) into the gelatin chains or crosslinked network, enabling the material to retain the biological functions of GelMA while possessing high-contrast blue fluorescence imaging capability.
