Currently, only a few common hydrogel materials naturally contain RGD sequences (such as gelatin-based GelMA), and most hydrogels have poor cell adhesion properties, often requiring further chemical modification. A common strategy is to modify biomaterials with RGD peptides to promote cell adhesion and improve their biological performance. However, the traditional material modification process is quite complex and can easily alter the inherent properties of the material. To enhance the cell adhesion performance of hydrogels, an easy-to-use solution has been developed: acrylated RGD peptides (XFBM253), which can be attached to photocurable hydrogel materials through a simple photopolymerization process.
