NZSP belongs to the NASICON (Sodium Super Ion Conductors) type of fast ion conductors. It is a continuous solid solution formed by NaZr₂(PO₄)₃ and Na₄Zr₂(SiO₄)₃, and its ionic conductivity is highest when x = 2, that is, for Na₃Zr₂Si₂PO₁₂. NZSP electrolyte submicron powder is a white powder, free of agglomeration and contaminants. It is mainly used in solid-state sodium batteries as a solid electrolyte material, providing channels for sodium ion transport and helping to improve battery safety and cycle life.
