LLZTO electrolyte submicron powder is a submicron powder material of tantalum-doped lithium lanthanum zirconate, belonging to the garnet-type oxides. It is a high-performance core electrolyte material for all-solid-state lithium batteries, with a particle size of less than 500 nm. Tantalum doping can stabilize this phase, ensuring ionic conductivity.
