Long-range ordered AAO template
As shown in the figure below, it is highly ordered in the range of 500 square micrometers. This is the AAO template with the best periodicity and orderability that can be provided at home and abroad.
This highly ordered AAO template uses an imprint method to transfer the perfect structure of the grating to the AAO template. The AAO surface of the product is colored in the light, and the surface of the AAO is changed to a different color. It is especially suitable for nanostructure preparation and optical application research with high requirements on template regularity.
Samples with a hole spacing of 400 nm, a hole size of 180-350 nm (different reaming time), and a hole depth of 1-2 μm are currently available. MOQ 10 pieces. The effective area is 0.65 * 0.65 cm. The color of the product is closely related to the pore size and cycle.
