Polished aluminum sheet
After polishing the large-size aluminum sheet of 10cm×10cm, we solved the problem of stripe of the product when polishing a large area of aluminum film. As shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2, when the polishing effect is not good, it can be under the optical microscope. I saw the streaks left during the preparation of the aluminum sheet.
By improving the process, the problem of large-area polishing is solved, and a very flat and bright surface is obtained, as shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. This large-area ultra-flat aluminum film paves the way for a flatter AAO inorganic film.
Polished aluminum sheet as the base for our preparation of AAO, we can also sell polished aluminum sheet for AAO developers to use, the purity is 5N, the thickness is 150,200,300um three, the recommended 200um effect is the best!
