In recent years, graphene materials have attracted much attention for their excellent electrical properties. Massless Dirac fermions make them have carrier mobility as high as 2/Vs. However, the lack of band gap is not conducive to the application of electronic devices, so graphene-like materials with semiconductor characteristics have become a research hotspot. Black phosphorus is the most stable allotrope of phosphorus, with a layered structure similar to graphite (Figure 1). A single layer or a few layers of black phosphorus can be obtained by mechanical peeling. The monoatomic layer of black phosphorous is called phosphorene (in many reports, the few layer of black phosphorous is also called phosphorene), similar to graphene. Phosphorene has a high carrier mobility (~2/Vs), is a p-type semiconductor (can improve the switching ratio of electronic devices), has a band gap of ~1.5 eV (can effectively use sunlight energy), and has The advantage of easier cooling than silicon-based materials has become a research hotspot at home and abroad. Research has found that black phosphorus has a wide range of potential applications in the fields of energy storage, sensing, catalysis, and electronic devices.
