Vertical graphene silicon carbon anode material


It is made by growing vertical graphene on the surface of nano-silicon powder. This vertical graphene has the advantages of flexibility and bendability, good conductivity, and no agglomeration. It can effectively accommodate the volume expansion of silicon powder and improve its conductivity. It is a kind of cycle A new type of silicon carbon anode material with good stability, high capacity, high first efficiency and outstanding rate performance. At a current density of 0.1A/g, the initial capacity was as high as 3200mAh/g, and the Coulombic efficiency was 91%. At a current density of 2 A/g, the initial capacity was 1748.6mAh/g, and after 500 cycles, the capacity was 1400.6 mAh/g. The retention rate reaches 80.1%, and the capacity is still as high as 457.9 mAh/g at a current density of 20 A/g. When the full battery is at 0.1 C, the energy density is as high as 516.4 Wh/Kg, and the volume energy density is as high as 1126.5 Wh/L (patented product).
