The water-soluble CdSeTe/ZnS quantum dot products produced by Suzhou Beike Nano Co., Ltd. are core/shell fluorescent nanomaterials with CdSeTe as the core, ZnS as the shell, and the surface is wrapped by hydrophilic ligands. The average quantum yield is 40 %, avoid direct sunlight during storage, and store in a sealed dark place at 4 degrees. It can be customized for customers to produce products with different grams of any wavelength from 640nm to 820nm. This product has the characteristics of uniform particle size, broad absorption spectrum, symmetrical emission spectrum, high and stable fluorescence intensity.
At present, our company can provide four types of water-soluble CdSeTe/ZnS quantum dots: (1) carboxyl group with negative charge on the surface, 3-mercaptopropionic acid as the coating agent; (2) carboxyl group with negative charge on the surface, amphiphilic polymer as the coating agent Coating agent; (3) The surface is a negatively charged carboxyl group, containing PEG chains, with excellent biocompatibility, and can be connected to antibody proteins with amino groups; (4) The surface is positively charged amino groups, containing PEG chains, biocompatible It has excellent properties and can be connected to antibody proteins with carboxyl groups.
