Product Details;Cobalt oxide nanosheet arrays are synthesized by electrochemical deposition combined with heat treatment, heat-treated in air to obtain Co3O4, and high-purity argon gas is heat-treated to obtain CoO. It can be grown on a variety of conductive substrates such as carbon cloth, nickel foam, titanium sheets, nickel sheets, stainless steel sheets, foamed graphene, conductive glass, and the like. The nanosheets have a diameter of about 15-30 nm, and the nanosheets are cross-linked to each other to form a porous mesh-shaped array film having a pore size ranging from 50 to 500 nm. The nanosheets are in a porous state and are composed of 5-10 nm particles crosslinked. The overall thickness of the array is adjustable from 300nm to 1mm. The macro size of the sample does not exceed 5 cm in width and 5 cm in length. The macroscopic color of the Co3O4 nanosheet array is black, and the macroscopic color of the CoO nanosheet array is light
