In the field of nanomedicine, we focus on developing advanced delivery systems such as liposomes/nanoparticles and ionic liquid carriers, overcoming the limitations of traditional drug delivery to achieve cross-biological barrier (e.g., blood-brain barrier, cell membrane) and targeted precision therapy.

Core Technology Highlights:

1. Blood-Brain Barrier Penetration Delivery: Liposomes modified with RVG29 peptides efficiently carry siRNA or PROTAC molecules to precisely target glioma cells, degrade key survival proteins (such as Survivin), and, in combination with immune checkpoint inhibitors (such as PD-1/PD-L1 antibodies), enhance anti-tumor efficacy, offering breakthrough treatment options for brain tumors and neurodegenerative diseases.

2. Mitochondria-Targeted Repair: Nanoparticles modified with triphenylphosphine (TPP) carrying antioxidants such as melatonin accurately target mitochondria to repair mitochondrial dysfunction in myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury, suitable for cardiovascular disease treatment.

3.
