Orthopedics idea: Self-adjusting scaffold promotes neurovascular bone regeneration
QQ Academic Group: 1092348845
Detailed
Inspired by the natural microstructure and chemical composition of bone, this study built in situ micro-nano gradient bioactive coatings containing trace elements on 3D-printed porous titanium alloy scaffolds. This functional surface can autonomously regulate the local immune microenvironment through a dual mechanism of morphology control and ion release, simultaneously promoting vascularization, innervation, and bone formation, offering new ideas for designing smart bone repair implants.
