Soak Ti2AlN (~2g) in 20mL of potassium fluoride (determined >99%; Merck Chemicals) and hydrochloric acid (Merck Chemicals) mixture and soak for 3h at RT. Prepare K F-HCl mixture by dissolution method. Add 6 g of KF to 100 mL of 6M HCl. The suspension was further heated at 40°C for 1 h and subjected to bath acoustics to promote exfoliation and intercalation. Take the supernatant, add deionized water to the powder mass, centrifuge at 3500rpm for 5min to remove soluble fluoride. Repeat this procedure until the pH of the supernatant is close to 6. After molting, add isopropanol to the powder, centrifuge at 3500 rpm for 0.5 h, and filter to obtain ML-Ti2NTx. In addition, the layering is performed by soaking 1gO powder in 20mL DMSO and the speed of sound for 1 hour. The mixture was kept as it was overnight, the supernatant was removed, deionized water was added, and the mixture was centrifuged at 3500 rp for 1 hour.
