Synthesis of GQDs: top-down and bottom-up
(a-c) oxidatively cutting graphite, coal and graphene oxide from top to bottom to prepare GQDs;
(d) reducing and cutting graphene oxide to prepare GQDs;
(e) preparing GQDs by oxidative cleavage and physical stripping;
(f-j) GQDs were prepared by the bottom-up method using hexabromobenzene/toluene, citric acid, norepinephrine, 1,3,6-trinitroguanidine and ATP, respectively.
