High performance MQW perovskite light emitting diode

Light-emitting diodes (LEDs) based on solution-treated metal halide perovskites have shown great potential in energy-efficient lighting and displays. Multi-quantum well (MQW) perovskite has high photoluminescence quantum efficiency and good film morphology and stability, making it highly attractive for high performance perovskite LEDs. Recently, Nanjing University of Technology Wang Nana, Huang Wei, Wang Jianpu reviewed the advantages of MQW perovskite and the progress of MQW perovskite LED. The challenges and future directions of perovskite LEDs are also discussed.
