Abstract: A few layers of Ti3C2Tx (DL-Ti3C2Tx) were etched by etching the Ti3AlC2 precursor system. The TiO2 / DL-Ti3C2Tx composite was prepared by solvothermally controlling the oxidation of DL-Ti3C2Tx with dimethyl sulfoxide as the reaction solvent. XRD, SEM, TEM, Raman, etc. were used to characterize the phase structure and micromorphology of the relevant samples, and the photocatalytic performance of the composites was evaluated by the photodegradation experiment of rhodamine B. The results show that uniform and dense anatase TiO2 nanoparticles are formed on the surface of the composite DL-Ti3C2Tx sheet.The relative content of DL-Ti3C2Tx and TiO2 in the composite can be adjusted by controlling the solvothermal temperature, and when the solvothermal temperature is The photocatalytic performance of the prepared TiO2 / DL-Ti3C2Tx composites is better at 100 ℃.
