l Freezing and centrifugation are strictly prohibited. Freezing and centrifugation may cause irreversible damage to the magnetic beads.

l Magnetic beads will aggregate into clusters after being placed for a long time, thereby reducing the surface area of the magnetic beads and reducing the recovery rate of the sample. Before use, the magnetic beads must be thoroughly mixed by vortexing (usually 20 seconds of vortexing).
