Based on the synthesis of monodisperse porous polymer microsphere template, after depositing magnetic material on the template microsphere, the surface is coated with multiple layers of polymer. The outermost layer of the magnetic beads is a hydrophilic polymer, which can effectively reduce the non-specific adsorption of biomolecules on the surface of the magnetic beads, and has sufficient functional group density for covalent coupling of biological ligands. The particle size of the magnetic beads is highly uniform, CV <5%, and the difference between batches is small, which is especially suitable for the development of high-end in vitro diagnostic kits.
It has a wide range of applications and is mainly used for immunoassays, especially full-automatic chemiluminescence immunodiagnosis. In addition, the magnetic beads have good performance in application scenarios such as immune (co)precipitation, cell magnetic separation, immobilized enzyme catalysis, and multi-channel suspension arrays.
