This kit uses a centrifugal adsorption column that specifically binds DNA and a unique buffer system, which can separate and purify high-quality genomic DNA from a variety of plant tissues. The unique precipitation solution can precipitate and remove proteins, polysaccharides and polysaccharides from plant samples. Impurities such as phenols. Storage conditions

If necessary, incubate in a 37°C water bath for 10 minutes to dissolve the precipitate.
