Function purpose:

Function and purpose of instrument:
The single stand reversible hot rolling mill with 350mm wide roll surface, replaceable 4-Roll and 2-roll, front and rear roller table, both rough rolling and finish rolling, equipped with holding furnace and controlled cooling device after rolling. The rolling mill mainly carries out heating, rolling and cooling experiments of rolling samples, physical simulation of heating temperature, pass reduction, super fast cooling and online tempering system, analysis and test of the structure and performance of the samples, obtaining reasonable and optimized production process parameters, and providing experimental data for industrial production.
