cold rolling
Cold rolling: the hot rolled steel coil is used as raw material, and the oxide skin is removed by pickling. The finished product is hard rolled coil. The cold work hardening caused by continuous cold deformation makes the strength, hardness and toughness plastic index of hard rolled coil increase, so the stamping performance will deteriorate, and it can only be used for simple deformed parts. Because of its high hardness (HRB greater than 90) and poor machining performance without annealing treatment, it can only carry out simple bending (perpendicular to coiling direction) with directivity less than 90 degrees.
Cold rolling steel
In short, cold rolling is produced on the basis of hot rolling. Generally speaking, it is a process of hot rolling → pickling → cold rolling.
The self-made tension simulation four roll cold rolling experimental unit in the rolling center is used for the front and back tension simulation rolling test. The width of roll surface is 400mm, which can be used for the cold rolling test of precision strip and non-ferrous metal. The tension before and after each pass is set by computer screen, and the multi pass rolling is completed automatically.

Function purpose:
The single stand reversible hot rolling mill with 350mm wide roll surface, replaceable 4-Roll and 2-roll, front and rear roller table, both rough rolling and finish rolling, equipped with holding furnace and controlled cooling device after rolling. The rolling mill mainly carries out heating, rolling and cooling experiments of rolling samples, physical simulation of heating temperature, pass reduction, super fast cooling and online tempering system, analysis and test of the structure and performance of the samples, obtaining reasonable and optimized production process parameters, and providing experimental data for industrial production.
